This week, as we mark the ribbon cutting of the Gavin J. Goorjian Community Health Center, that partnership feels more meaningful than ever.

From the earliest days of HIV testing and peer support to today’s integrated model of primary care, sexual health, HIV treatment and prevention, and gender-affirming services, The Center has never wavered from a simple promise: everyone deserves compassionate, culturally competent care. That promise is now embodied on the second floor at 921 S. Las Vegas Blvd., where a welcoming clinic meets people where they are—whether they’re seeking PrEP, managing chronic conditions, or simply ready for a checkup with a provider who understands them.

Partnership, to us, has always meant more than sharing logos. It means sharing responsibility. It means lending our pages, our microphones, and our effort to the work of saving lives and expanding access. It means celebrating leaders—like the clinicians, coordinators, and operations teams whose names may never make headlines, but whose dedication turns a good idea into a daily reality for thousands of Nevadans.
