The Family Mediation Center is a positive alternative for LBGT couples who want to navigate their separation and/or divorce with a minimum of conflict and cost. Given the legal uncertainties of family law regarding same-sex divorce, domestic partnerships and cohabitation, working together to create an agreement in mediation is a far better alternative than turning to the courts.
