Josh Polanco, REALTOR®, DRE #02044318 - Willis Allen Real Estate

Hi, I’m Josh Polanco and I help people make real estate decisions that fit their lifestyles.A lot has changed in the past 3-5 years and my past has shaped me into who I am today. Real estate is something I’m extremely passionate about, but it’s also something I am doing to continue my husband’s legacy. Before his death, Travis had received his real estate license in Hawaii (where we had recently purchased a home, now an investment property for me). After things settled and I started new in San Diego I decided to continue his legacy. The plan eventually was that we both would work the business together in Hawaii…of course those plans came to a screeching halt. SO here I am me and my dog living in America’s finest city enjoying the most out of every minute. + I love networking and meeting new people!+ I love giving back, especially to the military community! So, if you are looking for an agent to help you passionately make a wise buying or selling decision that allows you to LIVE LONG, I’d love to speak with you.Josh Polanco, REALTOR®, DRE #02044318Willis Allen Real Estate, DRE #01204280
