Our mission is to improve the health of medically underserved and uninsured Central Texans by providing high quality, affordable healthcare.One of the longest-running independent clinics in the country, People's Community Clinic is a unique Austin tradition. Established in 1970 by a group of volunteer doctors and nurses, People's Community Clinic offers comprehensive health and wellness care on a sliding scale basis.Our 10,000 patients have access to prenatal, pediatric, adolescent and adult care as well as immunizations, social work and integrated behavioral health services and chronic disease management.
