Colorado's Largest LGBTQ+ Celebration
Denver PrideFest — the largest LGBTQ+ celebration in the Rocky Mountain region — moves to a new home on the 16th Street pedestrian promenade for 2026, running from Broadway to Arapahoe Street in the heart of downtown. Now condensed into a single powerhouse Sunday (moved from the traditional two-day format) to concentrate attendance and reduce costs, PrideFest features 250+ exhibitors, 30+ food and beverage vendors, and live entertainment on multiple stages including a dedicated Latin Stage showcasing Latinx artists and DJs. The Gayborhood section houses LGBTQ+ organizations and vendors, with dedicated youth and family areas. The move from Civic Center Park (under construction) to 16th Street benefits LGBTQ+-focused businesses along the corridor. Expected attendance exceeds 550,000. PrideFest generates approximately $2.2 million, with 83% supporting free services including mental health support and therapy through The Center on Colfax. Free admission.
